Designation: EBM Blow Moulding Machine Operator

Location: Achyutapuram, Visakhapatnam

Qualification: Any

Minimum Experience: 1+ Years in relevant field

Starting Salary: ?20,000/- Net per month + PF + ESI + Other Benefits

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation:
• Operate EBM (Extrusion Blow Moulding) machines efficiently to produce plastic products.
• Monitor machine settings and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Quality Control:
• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks and document findings.
• Maintenance:
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues to prevent downtime.
• Production Management:
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the work area is safe and organized.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the production team to achieve production goals.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Suggest improvements to processes and equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
