Engage in initiatives geared towards promoting our employment brand, driving performance excellence, drive employee engagement and team effectiveness activity in an energizing, unique way. Partner with managers to focus on performance management in the direction to maximize employee contributions and proactively address performance issues. Create and adopt innovative candidate sourcing strategy and help drive recruiting campaigns in order to ensure timely recruitment of high quality, diverse talent to meet business need. Identifying Training & Development opportunities for the employees which can facilitate continuous improvement & in delivering required results. Handling employee queries and grievances and providing proper redressal.
