Role & Responsibilities:- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails and leads generated from webinars, trade shows etc.- Understand customer needs and requirements- Answer prospects\' queries and send them the required pitch material- Route qualified opportunities to the sales team for further development and closure- Build effective pipeline and achieve quarterly targets- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest- Maintain and expand database of prospects- Conduct competitor benchmarkingCandidate Profile:- Previous experience in inside sales position in SAAS organization- Previous experience in handling SEA, ME and US markets- Previous experience in selling CX solutions- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Zoho- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Excellent cold calling skills- Ability to achieve targetsLocation: GurgaonNotice Period: Immediate JoinerPreferred: Female Only (ref:updazz.com)
