Position Title: Early Interventionist
Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad.

Job Summary:
The Early Interventionist will work with infants and toddlers, typically under the age of 3, who have developmental delays or disabilities. This role involves delivering specialized services that support the development of children in various areas including cognitive, motor, communication, social, and adaptive skills. The Early Interventionist will work collaboratively with families, healthcare providers, educators, and other professionals to create and implement individualized plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
Key Responsibilities :
Individualized Intervention Planning:
• Develop individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) based on assessment results and family input.
• Provide developmentally appropriate intervention strategies to support the child's physical, cognitive, and social-emotional growth.
• Implement interventions in home, community, and/or center-based settings as appropriate.
• Provide recommendations for resources and services available to families.
Direct Intervention Services:
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, parent education, and coaching to children and families.
• Use evidence-based techniques such as play therapy, sensory integration, speech therapy, and motor skills development.
• Adapt interventions to meet the child's needs in a variety of settings (e.g., home, daycare, preschool).
• Help parents and caregivers understand and support the child's developmental needs and milestones.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other early intervention professionals.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with families, caregivers, and other team members regarding the child's progress.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews to ensure coordinated service delivery.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and progress for each child.
• Complete required reports, progress notes, and other documentation in a timely manner.
Professional Development:
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in early childhood development and early intervention.
• Attend training, conferences, and workshops to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
• Seek supervision and guidance as needed to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• PG Diploma Certification in Early Intervention is required.
• Experience:
• At least 0-1 years of experience working with infants, toddlers, and families in early childhood development or early intervention settings.
• Experience working with children who have developmental delays, disabilities, or special needs is highly preferred.
