Role: Early Childhood - Regional Trainer [Multiple locations]
Location: Mohali, Lucknow, Bangalore & Indore

Academic QualificationPost Graduation in a relevant field such as education, social sciences, business administration, management, or a related disciplineb. Relevant Work Experience and SkillsMinimum 3 years of working experience in projects related to subject matter expertise, i.e. education, nutrition etc. Good working knowledge in Microsoft office suite / Google Workspace. Excellent communication/presentation/training skills.c. Language ProficiencyGood working fluency in English/Hindi for central coordination and fluency in at least one local language for training in the relevant states (see table below)2. Desirablea. Specific experience in early childhood care and education (ECCE) and/or Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN)b. Experience of working with Central / State Governmentsc. Additional local language proficiencyd. Willingness to learnIndicative Duties / Responsibilities1. Project Implementation/Managementa. Coordination with Headquarters team in Delhi and Regional Officeb. Providing logistical or technical support to government stakeholders in order to ensure smooth implementation of projectc. Using tech-based monitoring tools and platforms, and handling data, including basic data cleaning and analysisd. Managing multiple tasks and priorities with diverse stakeholders effectively, through organizational, time-management and interpersonal skillse. Taking ownership of the project workstreams and managing it end-to-end f. Performing other relevant day to day operational tasks2. ECCE Traininga. Conducting training programmes for block and field level functionaries on ECCE and Nutrition, including CDPOs, Block Coordinators, Supervisors and Anganwadi Workers, based on provided materialsb. Familiarity with the ICDS program and its objectives and structurec.
