We are seeking a Program Facilitator for our holistic early childhood programs. These programs, rooted in attachment parenting and mindfulness, aim to strengthen parent-baby bonds through play. The role involves leading live sessions, incorporating elements such as music movement, sensory play, storytelling, yoga, meditation, dance, and creative arts- all based on traditional Indian practices. This key position plays a vital part in the early developmental stages of children.
Responsibilities:
? Conduct and facilitate the Parent-Baby and Parent-Toddler programs, creating a nurturing, safe, and dynamic environment for parents and children.
? Ensure the successful execution of the program's curriculum, delivering enriching and developmentally-appropriate experiences.
? Engage in consistent interaction with parents, addressing their queries and concerns and collecting valuable feedback.
? Work in collaboration with the Trispire team to continuously update and evolve the program content, aligning with participant feedback and current developments in early childhood education.
? Participate in company events to host children's workshop, contribute in creating art and story props, take an active role in children's theatre productions by contributing to the creative process and performance.
Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field ? At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a similar role ? Strong understanding of early childhood development ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Proficiency in art and craft, and ability to use these skills to enhance children's learning experiences ? Experience or interest in storytelling and the ability to incorporate this into the learning environment ? Musical ability that can be utilized to engage children and enrich their learning experience ? Fitness ability, especially in facilitating activities that involve movement and coordination ? Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team ? Ability to build strong rapport with both parents and children
Work Schedule: This full-time position necessitates a five-day workweek, including Saturdays, each day comprising eight work hours.
While typically Sundays are off, occasional involvement may be required for special events. Precise work hours will align with the centre's operational schedule and the job's specific requirements. Additional time may occasionally be necessary for tasks such as curriculum planning, session documentation, prop development, training and parent communication.
