JOB DESCRIPTION

MakersLoft, an institute for hands-on learning, is looking for trained and experienced pre-school teachers to teach 2-10 year olds through hands-on building blocks.

Responsibilities and Duties

Classroom Instruction:

• Conduct interactive and age-appropriate classes for children, incorporating a variety of hands-on activities and creative play.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Curriculum Implementation:

• Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Plan and organize engaging lessons that align with early childhood education standards.

Parent Communication:

• Maintain open and ongoing communication with parents regarding their child's progress, achievements, and any concerns.
• Conduct periodic parent-teacher meetings to discuss the child's development.

Material and Kit Maintenance:

• Manage and maintain teaching materials and kits, ensuring they are organized and readily available for lessons.
• Conduct regular checks and updates to ensure the safety and functionality of educational materials.

Individualized Attention:

• Provide individualized attention to students, addressing their specific learning styles and developmental stages.
• Create a supportive and safe learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.

Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Proficiency in coding language is preferred.
• Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for fostering a love of learning in young minds.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
