Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as Innovation Lead in Service Line Operate within AI & Data vertical.What you will do:

• The person is expected to provide innovation leadership in practical ways that ensure ideas are piloted, tested, and implemented. Person needs to use their analytical skills to evaluate the organizations operations and work with others to develop a sound innovation strategy.
• To understand the Customers problem, needs to crunch the data and should have sound communication skills to talk to MSCLT/Portfolio teams.

We believe you can challenge us in who we're looking for and have a motivation and interest in working to manage the entire life cycle of AI use cases from Development to deployment and Continuous improvement for all the Manage Service Customers, ideally with some relevant experience in mathematics and network modelling.In addition, we believe you have:

• MSc/MTech or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent
• Knowledge of wireless communication, radio networks and AI & Machine Learning
• Good hands-on experience in Advance Python, Pyspark and advance SQL.
• Skills to solve complex problem & implement solutions.
• A strong desire to know and adapt in the rapid changing landscape of Data Science.
• Ability to support best practices in market research for novel ideas and insights and introducing processes that encourage creative thinking.
• Mindset to train company personnel on key skills needed to pursue innovation.
• Strong desire to support new product and service initiatives.
• Ability to identifying new market opportunities.
• Ability to lead introduction of idea generation platforms and practices like hackathons and crowdsourcing.
• Interest in experimentation and innovation with the ability to think creatively and be well adapted to change.
• Experience of SW engineering or development with hands-on programming
• A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience
• Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results
• Solid presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in English
