Hello Candidates Greeting from Nexus We are urgently looking for "EA/PA to Chief Managing Director " for one of the Pharmaceutical packaging Industry. Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad Industry Requirement: Manufacturing Education Qualification : Graduate Experience \xe2\x80\x93 1-3 years Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the CMD and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Day shift
- EA to MD: 2 years (Preferred)
- Travel Management: 2 years (Preferred)
- preparing drafting mails in behalf of director: 2 years (Preferred)
