EA to Principal required for an IB School based in HyderabadImmediate JoiningQualification - Graduate/PgExperience - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working as EA.Should have worked in schools.Someone who has worked in school in Admin/Teaching roles wanting to change can also apply.Role -

  • Schedule daily calendar, track and monitor the meetings and appointments.
  • Single point of contact SLT, HODs, parents and all external vendors.
  • Scheduling and coordinating events, appointment, travel. Organize and manage high level events with precision.
Efficiently collaborate with all other departments such as IT, Legal, HR, Finance, MAC and Academic.
  • Sound technical knowledge to understand and enable timely approvals, MIS knowledge.
