: Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, ensuring the MD's professional and personal commitments are effectively managed while enabling the smooth operation of the office. This role demands exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset to handle a range of administrative, operational, and strategic responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
• Manage the MD's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings.
• Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and letters, ensuring timely responses.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the MD, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and departmental heads to track progress on key initiatives.
• Draft and review communication on behalf of the MD.
• Project Management:
• Assist in planning and execution of special projects and initiatives driven by the MD.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Travel and Event Management:
• Organize domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, accommodations, and logistics.
• Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
• Confidentiality and Professionalism:
• Maintain utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive organizational and personal information.
• Represent the MD in meetings when necessary, ensuring professionalism and alignment with organizational values.
• Time and Task Management:
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Anticipate the MD's needs and proactively address them.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?80,000.00 per month
