We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Managing Director in a dynamic third-party pharmaceutical manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge and have the skills to manage complex administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external communication.
• Assist in pricing and calculation for projects and proposals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with different departments and external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Track key project timelines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate smooth communication between the MD and various teams within the company.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in pricing, cost calculation, and financial analysis related to pharmaceutical products.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
