EA TO CEOEXPERIENCE 3+Job Summary:The Executive Assistant to the CEO will serve as the right-hand person to our Chief Executive Officer,handling a wide range of administrative, executive, and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate willbe proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex schedules and priorities.Key Responsibilities:1. Calendar Management: Maintain the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, andcoordinate travel arrangements.2. Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO,ensuring timely responses and appropriate prioritization.3. Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings attendedby the CEO. Take minutes and follow up on action items as needed.4. Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, anditineraries for the CEO.5. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and handle discreetmatters with professionalism and discretion.6. Office Management: Oversee the CEO's office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workenvironment.7. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and externalstakeholders, including board members, partners, clients, and staff.8. Project Support: Assist the CEO in managing special projects, researching and analyzinginformation, and preparing reports.9. Reports Management: Track and update the CEO about various reports shared by theStakeholders.10.Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences asneeded.11.SPOC: Should attend meetings/Functions/events etc., as a Management Representative incase of unavailability of CEO & update CEO regarding the same.Education and Work Experience Requirements: Graduate in any disciple (PG Degree is preferred). At least 3+ years of work experience in close interaction with the Top/Middle management.
