Position / Role: Content Head


Experience Required: 7-10 years.

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: HOD

Responsibilities

• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, & interviews)
• Write content for various formats like Masterclass, talks, panel discussions, Fireside chats, Podcast Blogs etc
• Prepare well-structured drafts for all social media posts and website.
• Proofread and edit content posts before publication.
• Submit work to the vertical heads for input and approval.
• Coordinate with vertical heads and design teams to illustrate contents.
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
• Promote content for social media and website.
• Identify latest trends across all committees, needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
• Update website content as needed.

#### Job Expectations:


Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Experience doing research using multiple sources.
• Familiarity with web publications.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Web flow)
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
