: Roles & Responsibilities: 1. An online store manager is responsible for everything that goes on in the store\'s website. This includes the posting/displaying of the goods, making sure that all links are working, updating the database, and of course, customer service. 2. Connect with top brands at both national and international level. 3. Process daily orders and responsible for the sales and profits of the e-Boutique. 4. Handle all aspect of strategic e-commerce planning by combining his expertise in sales, marketing, technology, and management to deliver a superior brand and shopping experience for all customers. 5. Manage daily, weekly, monthly MIS to analyze the business and develop insights to grow the business. 6. Communicate, execute, and manage e-marketing plans in cooperation with other team members. 7. Help grow the product catalog across various marketplace by increasing product listing. 8. Communicate with a logistics company as well as the suppliers and manufacturers of the products they provide. 9. Manage pricing strategy for the products listed on marketplace. 10. Manage all store operational issues, including store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc. 11. Manage speed of service results, controls inventory that is used for service orders, and is responsible for the overall organization and appearance of the service. 12. Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up. Job Expectations: Should know how to handle e-store. should have e-commerce experience and can manage the e-store requirements efficiently.
