JOB Title : E & M Supervisor & MST (Multi Skill Technician) Job Overview: They will take care of all Technical related support providing to require in day to day operations for the maintenance department. Job Overview - Electrical work, DG operations, Lift Operations, Handling AC operations, Providing Exhaust and Fresh air services as per designated operations time of the outlets. Responsibilities and Duties: * LT changeover * Common area and brands daily utilities reading * Day to day electrical connections. * Lift Operations * AC Operations * Water pumping system * Exhaust & Fresh Air Operations * Mall light operations timings * DG Operations * Transformer Operations * IGL operations and daily reading * Efficient Water supplies. * FLS related support ( Smoke detector, Sprinklers etc) * Internet services support * Water body operations Qualifications: Diploma in Technical or ITI Professional Qualifications: Worked in same level or above in previous jobs Experience: 3 to 5 Years Salary Range: 20000 - 28000 Specific skills: Technical Background Personal characteristics: Hard working, loyal, punctual. Age - Not more than 35 Years Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 28,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
