We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. This pivotal role managing and enhancing the company's relationships with its customers. And building long- term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The CRM will work closely with various departments to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients, aiming to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns. Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Customer Support:
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Ensure customers receive timely responses to their inquiries.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling. Assist in developing customer retention strategies and loyalty programs.
Provide support during the sales process, including presentations and product demonstrations.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty. Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and practices.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Any field.
Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in Customer support, Customer relationship executive, or a related field industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
