job detailsThe below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
Lead the front end UX/UI development & back-end systems support function for Food Vessel.
Constantly analyse and e-report all performance metrics set by the business.
Develop, enhance and maintain standard operating procedures for all systems interactions. ...Maintain FV\'s Seller\'s product portfolio to a high degree of accuracy and ensure supporting functions
such as QA, Business Development, Marketing and Supply Chain Operations contribute as effective
stakeholders.
Liaise professionally and effectively with our customer base - Buyers, Sellers and 3 rd party Service
Partners on the platform - to always add value and promote the Food Vessel business.
Keep a close eye on customers\' feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed
expectations and are competitive.
Ensure completion of periodic reviews and regular monitoring of all internal trading parameters
within the FV review cycle.
Hold frequent systems development reviews with our 3 rd party partners to constantly enhance our
online performance.
Actively maintain our social media pages and support the business by attracting new customers and
promoting the company.
Work closely with our business development team to create an effective CRM system and ensure all
customer information is accurate and accessible.
Ensure that continuous and early feedback is given to the business on sales volatility, major
deviations from plan, customer and 3 rd party service partner suggestions.
Over time, create a highly performing Systems Administration team to cover every aspect of
support, CRM and service response.Knowledge:
Has a specialist understanding of both front- & back-end e-commerce platforms
Has maintained systems supporting diverse customer portfolios in the food industry using e-
commerce or purchasing platforms
Has a solid understanding of system administration, payment wallets, trade or credit finance, buyer-
seller payment cycles, quality assurance, logistics, planning and supply processes
Experience:
Min. 5 years of supervisor-level System Admin experience within trade of raw material, food &
beverage, supply chain & logistics, FMCG, multi-national, import & export
Knowledge of traditional and e-commerce End-to-End Supply chain processes
Demonstrable large SKU count/catalogue & category management
An outstanding history of CRM and ticket management
Skills:
Degree in systems, business administration, supply chain, manufacturing, or similar
Resilient, intuitive & insightful, with a passion for orderly operations
High attention to business and systems process efficiency
An excellent communicator externally and internally with a high proficiency in the English language
Ability to work remotely and manage communications and projects in multiple countries show more
