We are seeking an experienced and hands-on E-commerce Manager to oversee and manage our online sales channels across platforms like 1MG, Amazon, IndiaMart, and our own company website. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, including inventory management, fulfillment processes, SEO management, competitor analysis, and the use of key tools like Helium 10 and Jungle Scout. Additionally, experience with PPC campaigns and understanding ROI will be crucial for optimizing paid ad performance and overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management:
Manage and optimize listings, sales, and inventory on e-commerce platforms including 1MG, Amazon, IndiaMart, and our company website.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and ensure seamless updates across platforms to maintain accuracy.
Fulfillment Coordination:
Work closely with fulfillment centers and third-party logistics partners to ensure timely processing, packaging, and delivery.
Logistics & Packaging Expertise:
Collaborate with packaging and logistics teams to refine processes, improve packaging standards, and ensure efficient order fulfillment.
SEO & Organic Traffic Management:
Optimize product listings, website content, and metadata to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings across platforms, especially Amazon and Google.
Competitor Analysis:
Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization in product listings, pricing, and marketing strategies.
Tool Utilization: Leverage tools like Helium 10 and Jungle Scout to track product performance, conduct keyword research, monitor competition, and identify growth opportunities.
PPC Campaigns & ROI Optimization:
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns (Amazon Ads,1mg etc.), ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) and cost-effective ad spend.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with platform teams, product managers, and internal departments to streamline e-commerce operations.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze sales data, monitor performance, and generate reports to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Customer Experience:
Ensure a seamless customer journey from order placement to delivery, including handling customer queries and feedback.
Skills & Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms (1MG, Amazon, IndiaMart) and managing a company website.
Strong understanding of inventory management systems and e-commerce fulfillment processes.
Expertise in SEO management, organic traffic growth, and product optimization for search engines.
Familiarity with competitor analysis, pricing strategies, and product benchmarking.
Proficiency in e-commerce tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
Strong communication and coordination skills to manage relationships across different teams and external partners.
Data-driven approach to decision-making with the ability to analyze and report on key metrics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving e-commerce trends.
Experience and understanding of PPC campaigns (Amazon Ads,1mg ) and ability to optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
Knowledge of multi-channel e-commerce strategies and tools.
Familiarity with fulfillment operations and third-party logistics (3PL).
Experience in advertising strategies, PPC campaign management, and budgeting for paid ads
