We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team in Saroli, Surat. As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing our online sales channels, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing & Optimization:
• Upload new products to various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify), ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Order Processing & Fulfillment:

Manage incoming orders, ensure timely dispatch, and oversee the entire order lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction.Respond to customer queries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and refunds on e-commerce platforms.Analyze and track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to improve online sales and customer experience.Stay updated with the latest platform policies and ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, listing requirements, and pricing policies. • 1-2 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, preferably with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify.
• Technical Skills:

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, order management system ( Unicommerce) and MS Office (Excel proficiency is a plus).

• Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills for dealing with customers and internal teams.Ability to handle issues related to order processing, inventory management, and customer queries.High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in inventory management.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with different departments. Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
