Job Position: E Commerce ExecutiveJob Purpose & Impact:As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on various e-commerce platforms including Amazon FBA, Flipkart, Jio Mart, eBay, GEM Portal, and other B2B portals. Your primary focus will be on product listing, price finalization, order planning and processing, managing customer feedback and reviews, and running ad campaigns.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Create and manage product listings on Amazon FBA, Flipkart, Jio Mart, eBay, GEM Portal, and other B2B portals.\xc2\xb7 Ensure product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate and optimized for search.\xc2\xb7 Monitor and update inventory levels across all platforms.\xc2\xb7 Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to determine optimal pricing strategies.\xc2\xb7 Regularly review and update prices to remain competitive.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.\xc2\xb7 Monitor order status and handle any issues related to order processing.\xc2\xb7 Ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.\xc2\xb7 Monitor customer reviews and feedback on all platforms.\xc2\xb7 Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.\xc2\xb7 Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and ratings.\xc2\xb7 Plan and execute advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.\xc2\xb7 Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.\xc2\xb7 Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce advertising.\xc2\xb7 Conduct regular analysis and reporting on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.\xc2\xb7 Stay informed about new platform features, updates, and best practices.RequirementsDesired Profile:\xc2\xb7 Any Graduate\xc2\xb7 2-4 years of related work experience as E Commerce Executive\xc2\xb7 Work experience in Product Sales, HORECA, FMCG, Hospitality Industry or Consumer Goods will be preferred.\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
