- Monitor staff attendance and maintain accurate records.
- Perform data entry tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
- Process e-commerce orders, including order fulfillment and customer communication.
- Maintain inventory levels and update product information on e-commerce platforms.
- Generate reports as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a back-office or e-commerce role (freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
