Job Requirements
We are looking to hire a talented Dynamics 365 CE Functional Analyst. As a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Analyst, you will work with business stakeholders to gather business requirements, develop models, documentation and diagrams to discuss and describe proposed functionality.
Dynamics 365 CE Functional Analyst Responsibilities:• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for D365 CE projects.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design documents.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the accurate implementation and customization of D365 CE solutions.
• Perform data analysis and data mapping activities to support integration and migration processes.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including business process models, use cases, and user stories.
• Documenting functional specifications, configuration changes, and customizations to maintain a comprehensive record of the system setup.
• Conducting testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
• Provide end-user training and support during the deployment and post-implementation phases.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in D365 CE functionality and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and best practices.
• Configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to meet the specific needs of the organization.
• Capture user stories in Azure DevOps & creation/organization of project backlog
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a cross functional team.
• Working knowledge of Power Platform, Azure, Office 365, Azure Data Factory, and other related technologies.
Dynamics 365 CE Functional Analyst Requirements:• B.A. or B.S. Degree in Computer Science, IS, IT (Information Technology) or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CE Functional Analyst, specifically working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Strong understanding of D365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents.
• Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and data integration activities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, project managers, and technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a constantly changing environment with limited direction.
• Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones.
• Certification in Dynamics 365 CE (optional but desirable).
