Job Summary:


The Dynamics 365 Architect is responsible for the overall architecture and design of Dynamics 365 solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, designing comprehensive solutions, and leading the technical implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Dynamics 365, strong technical expertise, and excellent problem-solving skills.



Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.
• Customization and Configuration: Oversee the customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 applications, including entities, forms, workflows, and business processes.
• Integration: Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance issues, optimizing the performance and scalability of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to effectively use Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure solutions comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations, implementing necessary controls and measures.



Must have skills:

• Proficiency in Dynamics 365, Power Platforms, PCF Controls and other development tools.
• Experience with Azure, C#, SQL, Javascript and other integration tools
• Minimum 4 years of experience in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions .
• Experience in managing projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands on experience in developing model driven app in Dynamics 365
• Hands on experience in customizing and extending existing sales hub solution as per client requirements.
• Working knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps with focus on custom actions, cloud flows and Forms/Views customizations.
• Excellent knowledge of the out of the box functionality and features of Dynamics 365 Sales app.
• Experienced in integrating third party systems with Dynamics 365 Sales particularly using REST APIs.
• Proficiency in writing and debugging C# plugins in Dynamics 365
• Proficiency in creating custom web resources as well as developing canvas pages.
• Experienced in importing external Javascript pages as well as developing javascript based consoles and prompts.
• Experience in customizing command bar to add custom buttons using command editor as well as Ribbon Workbench.
• Experience in versioning, packaging and deploying solutions to different environments.



Nice to have skills:

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect, or similar.
