We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in connecting with prospects, driving sales, and contributing to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients using various databases and sources like LinkedIn.
• Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services, including market intelligence and training programs.
• Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions from our product and training portfolio.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and timely information about leads and sales activities.
• Feedback Collection: Gather insights from prospects and customers to enhance offerings and identify new opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine pitches and align strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in B2B environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
• Ability to quickly learn about industry-specific products and services.
• Target-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of the plastics, petrochemicals, or training industries is a plus.

Work timings : 09:30 A.M to 06:30 P.M from Monday to Friday & alternate Saturdays will be 09:30 A.M to 01:30 PM
