It was a pleasure connecting with you.As discussed , hereby sharing JD for the role with Bajaj Finance for the role of Dy National Lead Compliance.Please have a look and acknowledge with updated CV if interested.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and audit methodologies for retail assets, ensuring adherence to RBI regulations, co-lending guidelines, and internal policies.
Oversee compliance with the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) regulatory requirements and stay up-to-date with all relevant regulatory changes impacting retail assets, digital partnerships, and co-lending agreements.
Manage and conduct audits related to co-lending structures, ensuring that all lending arrangements are in line with RBI directives and other applicable regulations.
Work closely with business units to review and monitor compliance within co-lending models and digital partnerships, providing insights and actionable recommendations for risk mitigation.
Design, implement, and continuously enhance risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks associated with co-lending and digital partnerships.
Partner with legal, IT, operations, and finance teams to ensure comprehensive regulatory compliance, particularly in relation to RBI norms, NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) guidelines, and co-lending regulations.
Maintain effective communication with regulatory bodies (RBI and others), external auditors, and partners to ensure compliance standards are upheld and audit findings are promptly addressed.
Develop and update policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements, particularly in digital platforms, co-lending partnerships, and the retail asset space.
Act as a subject matter expert on RBI regulations, co-lending guidelines, and regulatory developments in the retail and digital finance sectors.
Provide ongoing training to internal teams, ensuring a strong compliance culture, especially focused on digital partnerships and co-lending operations.
Track and report on audit findings, compliance performance, and risk mitigation measures to senior leadership.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CIA, CRCM) are preferred.
Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or auditing within the financial services sector, particularly in retail assets, digital partnerships, and co-lending frameworks.
In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations and guidelines impacting retail assets, co-lending arrangements, and digital platforms.
Expertise in co-lending models, particularly under RBIs regulatory framework, and an understanding of partnerships between banks and NBFCs.
Proven experience managing compliance audits and risk assessments in digital partnerships and technology-driven financial services.
Strong understanding of retail asset management processes and the regulatory landscape.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations, particularly RBI and co-lending requirements, and assess their impact on business operations.
Leadership and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and influence senior management on compliance strategies.Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in regulatory reporting and audit processes
