Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of construction materials, tools, and equipment to meet customer demands.
- Implement inventory control procedures, including tracking, ordering, receiving, and stock rotation.
2. Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and problem-solving.
- Address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Staff Supervision:
- Hire, train, and manage store employees.
- Schedule and assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
4. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the store\'s budget, including sales targets, expenses, and profitability.
- Implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and margins.
5. Vendor Relations:
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and quality of products.
6. Store Operations:

Qualifications:
