What you will enjoy doing

• Support to HSE representatives for Safety trainings, Corporate projects, NEXT projects.
• Monthly & Weekly Safety reports taken from HSE representatives and making a consolidation report for North and east plants for sharing with Regional HSE Manager.
• Safety Audit of North and east units on TSI (Total Safety Index) basis on Quarterly basis.
• Reporting Incidents/Accidents

• Part of Alpla Evaluation Audit (AEA) for HSE system.
• Preparation & Part of SMETA Audit.

• Acting as Local Next core Team Member
• Implementing NEXT projects related to HSE for achieving process stability
• Involvement in workshops, projects and corresponding NEXT activities (e.g. OPEX Assessment)
• Regular update / reporting structure with local NEXT lead
• Involvement in projects
• Active role in sustainable results

• Maintaining TSI (Total Safety Index) score for Pashamylaramm unit.
• Weekly Safety Walkdown carried out
• Organizing Monthly Safety committee Meeting on monthly basis.
• Organizing Safety training as per Training Need Identification from Regional H.R Team.
• Organizing Safety Induction for new Alpla employee joined.
• Reporting SBO / H.I
• Uploading all SBO / H.I identified in Intelex software .
• Procurement of PPE\'s (Personal Protective Equipment) as per IS Standard.
• Implementing Risk Assessment for Machines
• Implementing LOTO procedure for machines

• Bachelors\' degree in Safety Management
• Industry preferred : Plastic, Manufacturing, Drug and Chemical Industries and Manufacturing
• Work Experience : 10 to 13 years
