Looking for Dy. Accounts Manager for a Golf Course Construction & Maintenance Company.

QUALIFICATION : MBA (Finance)
DEPARTMENT : Finance & Accounts
:
A. SYSTEM AND PROCEDURES
1. Ensuring preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts in compliance with rules & regulation laid by governing bodies for all projects and ensuring that accounts prepared conform to accounting standards.
2. Checking & Accounting of all bills of contractors & supplier for all projects
3. Processing and preparing payments of contractors & suppliers for all projects
4. Checking and Accounting of Imprest/Site expenses for all projects.
5. Checking of Imprest expenses and transfer of their fund accordingly
6. Checking of intercompany and inter unit reconciliation of Projects.
7. Checking and updating of Trail Balance, bills for debtors, advance paid to suppliers & contractors etc.
8. Monitoring and updating monthly collections from Customers (Golf Project)
9. Reconciliation of branch and parties (Debtors, Suppliers, Contactors, Service Agencies, etc.)
10. Filing GST and TDS Returns and Issuance of respective forms (SOS)
B. MIS & OTHER REPORTS
Daily Basis
• Imprest monitoring
• Bills and vouchers checking
• Proper distribution of work among team
• Checking and signing on gate passes
• Client or Vendors statement (SOS)
Weekly & Fortnightly Basis
• Coordinating and collecting bills from sites
• Collection of requirements preparation of list
• Collection of PO/WO and maintaining series
• Preparation of payments according to list finalise (Cheque/NEFT/RTGS)
10. Issuance of Proforma Invoice (SOS)
C. Monthly & Quarterly Basis
11. Monthly AMC/PMC Invoices & Compliance
12. TDS Checking and deposit list preparation
13. GST 2A, 2B Reconciliation (Monthly & Yearly)
14. GSTR-1 & GST-3B preparation
15. Checking and process of staff reimbursements
16. Checking and process of salary of staff
17. Branch reconciliation
18. Client & vendors statement
19. Any other work assigned by HOD from time to time.
20. Other work assigned from other department time to time.
Experience :
# Minimum 5 years experience in core accounting.
# Candidate from a CA firm will be preferable.
# Immediate joiner required.
