Job Description
Position:Dy. General Manager - HSE
Location:Jolwa near by Surat
Experience: 15 - 20 Years
Industries:Textile
Responsibilities:
- Develop, Strengthen, and implement HSE systems and procedures
- Strengthen the Process safety systems of the existing CP Plants
- Review the SOP\xe2\x80\x99s along with the operation team and build HSE element in the SOP\xe2\x80\x99s
- Conduct Risk assessment of activities along with the operation team and develop road map for implementation of risk reduction
- Build a culture towards Safety for the operating staff through various programme, campaign.
- Develop Fire prevention & protection plan and improvement areas
- Identify root cause of all incidents / Accidents and plan for improvement.
- Develop & Improve Emergency preparedness
- Provide HSE technical support to line management
- Conduct periodic HSE audits, Inspection and publish improvement plan
- Publish HSE progress reports & tracker and present to senior management
- Improve sustainability of operation by Capex budget proposal & its implementation.
- Conduct Training to line function
- Communication & command, Good interpersonal skill, Basic knowledge of computer & MIS reports, Developing Safety Training modules .
- Knowledge Fire Prevention & Protection, HSE system in Polyester / Textile Industries.
Salary :- Upto 20.00 LPA
