As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:1. Shift Supervision: Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures, staff assignments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.2. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections and training staff on proper procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.7. Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions and reconcile cash registers at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.8.
