Job Title: Duty Officer

Location: CONNPLEX SBR, VDC, Gota, Sobo

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Duty Officer will:

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations at the cinema.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all services.
• Manage staff schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Handle administrative tasks.
• Address customer concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless cinema experience for customers.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but a minimum of a 12th-grade education is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or cinema.

• Proficiency in using MS Office/Excel.
• Strong team-building skills.

• Knowledge of consumer and cultural trends.
• Good interpersonal and negotiating skills.

• Responsible for the smooth functioning of daily operations at the site level.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
