Responsibilities
• Initial Assessments & Emergency Care: Conduct thorough initial assessments and provide emergency medical care to patients in need.
• Critical Case Stabilization: Stabilize critically ill patients and coordinate with specialists to facilitate advanced treatment options.
• Patient Management: Oversee patient admissions, discharges, and transfers in accordance with hospital protocols to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitoring & Treatment: Continuously monitor patients' conditions, ensuring timely administration of medications and treatments.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including clinical notes and treatment updates.
• Assistance in Procedures: Support the execution of minor medical procedures and diagnostic tests as required.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other departments to promote efficient hospital operations.
• Emergency Response: Respond swiftly and effectively to medical emergencies within the hospital setting.
