Patient care: Assessing patients, diagnosing conditions, and providing treatment Patient management: Managing patient admissions and discharges, and ensuring patients are medically stable before being discharged Collaboration: Working with other medical professionals, including attending rounds, coordinating with the medical team, and communicating with family members and caregivers Documentation: Maintaining medical documentation
