Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and experienced

Duty Doctors

(MBBS/BHMS/BAMS) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in patient care, the ability to handle emergencies, and work effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide immediate medical attention and primary care to patients. Monitor patient condition and coordinate with consultants for further management. Handle emergency cases, stabilize patients, and escalate critical cases appropriately. Maintain up-to-date medical records, including patient history, diagnosis, treatment plans, and prescriptions. Assist in inpatient and outpatient services as required. Conduct clinical rounds and update patient progress to senior consultants. Ensure adherence to all hospital protocols and medical ethics.

Qualifications:

MBBS / BHMS / BAMS from a recognized institution. Valid registration with relevant medical council. 4 to 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital setting.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in high-pressure, emergency situations. Good organizational and time-management skills. Empathetic, patient-centric approach.
