Keystone Universe of Education, a leading comprehensive career development institution in Ahmedabad with 25+ branches and 5000+ students, is seeking a talented Pagemaker / Typist for Study Material Preparation. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to the preparation of high-quality study materials for our JEE Advanced and NEET courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for typesetting, formatting, and incorporating visual elements into textbooks, practice questions, and solved examples. Responsibilities:
Expected Start Date: 15/05/2024
- Typeset and format study materials, including study books, practice questions, and solved examples, for JEE Advanced and NEET courses.
- Ensure accurate and consistent formatting, layout, and styling of the study materials as per the institute\'s guidelines.
- Incorporate diagrams, tables, equations, and other visual elements into the study materials as required.
- Proofread and correct any typographical, grammatical, or formatting errors in the study materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty members to understand the content and formatting requirements.
- Meet deadlines for the timely delivery of the study materials.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow for the typesetting and formatting process.
- Experience in pagemaking, typesetting, or similar roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant software such as Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, or Microsoft Word.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow formatting guidelines precisely.
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty members.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
