JD:

Must Have Skills:

- Overall 6+ years of experience with a minimum of 4 years in ServiceNow platform as a tester, especially in ServiceNow ATF

- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework Implementation.

- Experience with Agile software development

- Experience with manual testing and automation testing

Good to Have :

ServiceNow Application Developer and ATF certification.

Good to have GRC Module knowledge.

Primary responsibilities include :

- Review and interpret functional and technical requirements

- Create and maintain test scenarios/scripts for manual and automation testing

- Perform functional and regression testing, defect tracking from discovery to resolution

- Clearly communicate issues/defects to appropriate resources in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the development team to resolve defects

- Work with the project team to help plan and estimate test activities for all test phases

Experience Preferred:

- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework Implementation.

- Experience with Agile software development

- Experience with multiple major version upgrades and system patches; explain the common upgrade issues caused by custom development

- Authoring and maintaining technical documentation

- Use analytical skills to investigate issues, find solutions to problems, and improve processes
