THAT'S WHY YOU ARE A MATCHPosition: Demand, Release and Launch Planning ManagerSummary:The Demand Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the demand management process within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively with various departments to prioritize, rank, and maintain demands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of demand management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional meetings.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Topic Owner Community Meetings: Lead and facilitate regular TO Community meetings to discuss, review, and address demand-related topics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Control and Management of Submitted Demands: Oversee the submission process for all demands, ensuring that they are accurately captured, categorized, and documented. Implement controls to ensure demands are valid, feasible, and align with the company's strategic direction
  • Prioritization and Ranking of Demands: Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to prioritize and rank demands based on business impact, feasibility, and resource availability. Ensure that the most critical demands are addressed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintenance of the Demand Management Board: Regularly update and maintain the Demand Management board to reflect the status of all demands. Ensure transparency and visibility of demand statuses to all relevant stakeholders
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with stakeholders about the status of their demands, providing updates, feedback, and any necessary adjustments to expectations
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze the demand management process for areas of improvement. Implement best practices and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure that demands are aligned with organizational capabilities and resources
