Role: IAM Security Specialist/SME Purpose of the job

\xef\x81\xb6 In the role of IAM Security Specialist, you will have a good understanding in Identity Governance and Access solutions and concepts around identity and identity governance.
\xef\x81\xb6 Effectively liaise with other teams in information security & risk management, infrastructure & architecture management as well as business functions.
\xef\x81\xb6 Contribute to the development of overall technical strategies, designs, standards and procedures that support business strategies.
\xef\x81\xb6 To understand the technical infrastructure problems, challenges and complexities that exist within each stream or area of program.
\xef\x81\xb6 Ensuring adherence to appropriate standards of technical best practice.
\xef\x81\xb6 Provide Quality and Technical Assurance on technical work packages.

Desired skills:

\xef\x81\xb6 You must have 2-6 years\' experience within the IAM field.
\xef\x81\xb6 Experience in management of Identity Access Management solutions like Azure AD, Ping Federate, Okta, Sailpoint, Savyint etc.
\xef\x81\xb6 Experience on provisioning and federated access to Cloud/SaaS applications, hands on experience on EmpowerID is highly desirable.
\xef\x81\xb6 In-depth knowledge in Modern Authentication concepts such as Single-Sign-On (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC),MFA
\xef\x81\xb6 Understanding of Identity Domain utilizing protocols such as System for Cross-Domain Identity Management (SCIM), Light Weight Directory Access (LDAP).
\xef\x81\xb6 Experience in working with RESTful API .
\xef\x81\xb6 Scripting language Knowledge such as Powershell/Python scripting is an added advantage.
\xef\x81\xb6 Basic knowledge on CI/CD Pipeline.
\xef\x81\xb6 Experience on application Migration in IAM domain is an added advantage.
\xef\x81\xb6 Experience in the IAM space, managing & implementing Enterprise scale/high volume IAM platforms.
\xef\x81\xb6 Familiar with Privileged Access Management/ Privileged Identity Management.
\xef\x81\xb6 Relevant security certifications will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
\xef\x81\xb6 Excellent written, oral communication and reporting skills.
\xef\x81\xb6 Strong presentation skills with an excellent standard of English
\xef\x81\xb6 Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a troubleshooting mind-set.
