• NX CAD: support for geometry abstraction, document Setup and synchronous modelling for FEM file setup.
• NX CAE: Provide comprehensive support aligned with DDC methodologies, covering topics such as mesh mating conditions, bushing setup, and other critical steps for mesh preprocessing. This support will extend to strain gage positioning in NX, and configurations for both Linear Static 101 FEA and Non-linear 401 FEA.
• nCode: Work on complex full vehicle chassis systems and components by combining methods of finite element analysis (FEA) and fatigue life analysis techniques and report on topics such as weld life, S-N life, EN life and damage correlations. Compare time series between Bench and synthetic data for strains and loads. Support with nCode Time series data analysis, Vehicle suspension damage calculations, Correlation of measured data vs synthetic data. Ability to understand and derive duty cycle loads from track data.
• Reporting Strictly follow company methods with regular alignments so there is no deviation in the standard company process/methodology when delivering results.

THAT'S WHY YOU ARE A MATCHB.E./B. Tech in Mechanical/ Automotive

• Experience in Design & Development of Axle components, NX CAE simulation and test validation
• Knowledge of NX design environment, Smaragd/Teamcenter PLM or similar is mandatory
• Knowledge/ experience in CAE for durability and fatigue calculations , test data anlaysis tools like nCode, reliability calculations etc. will be an added advantage.
• Language skills: English fluent (verbal and written)

Supporting experience/ Tools/ Techniques/ Soft Skills:

• Independent handling of Design responsibility of any automotive component.
• Good knowledge of Geometric dimensioning and tolerances (GD&T).
• Stakeholder Management, Aware of QMS requirements.
• Capable of understanding Lifecycle management of automotive parts giving interim and long-term solutions related to axle components.
• Technical expertise in component design and field failure management
• Well versed with MS Office (Excel, Power Point), Agile, Co-creative but self-standing
• Able to present the team in-group meetings, preparing Minutes of Meeting, Task Prioritizing, straightforward communication with flexible approach.
• Assertive and good listener
• Ability to grasp changing scenarios and adjust priorities accordingly.
