Skill Requirements: Expertise in Automotive Modules Role and responsibility : - Content development and management for Aftermarket E-commerce parts - Analysis of data for continuous quality monitoring - Ensure the development of all required processes and procedures for on-time delivery of work packages - Management of team operations and ensure smooth functioning of team - Contribute to business expansion ideas and other innovation initiatives Essential Skills and Experience: Proficient in 2D and 3D data interpretation of components Working knowledge on Automotive components Knowledge on Part fit, form and functionality Proficient with MS office suite Have a general understanding of the E-commerce business and customer centric mindset Good to have Skills: SQL Database management Power BI dashboard creation Mindset/Attitude: Sense of ownership Team player with strong communication skills Passion for Technology and Self-learning ability Leadership: eager to coach coworkers and develop team spirit Qualifications Education & Training: B.E (Mechanical/Production/Automotive)
