ABOUT UNIOPS: Unilever Operations (UniOps) is the global technology and operations engine of Unilever offering business services, technology, and enterprise solutions. MAIN JOB PURPOSE: Analyse requests and bridge gap between business and developers by providing clarifications. Act as a Unilever first point of contact for costing and cross charging related clarifications. Ensuring that all platform and cost related activities are completely documented and actioned on time. Support all new and existing projects. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: The main accountabilities of the DTC Platform Analyst will: Project activities and support Support the business engagement leads in delivering the platform projects. This could include PMO activities, documentation, minutes, and action tracking. Take the lead on smaller projects that contribute towards business goals and platform development Business Requirements Understand Business requirements in detail from all stake holders and ensure stories are created in detail in JIRA Should be able to clarify all requirement gaps between developers and business stakeholders Understand prioritization of requirements from various stakeholders and should be able to create a prioritized backlog Ensure standards are followed while writing JIRA stories Deliverect Activities Location Onboarding requests Items creation/removal requests Location deactivation Data cleanup Providing support from Deliverect perspective - missing orders, location etc Working on collating onboarding issues Onboarding automation initiative. Training to business POCs on Onboarding P2P process Work with different business engagement and act as a single POC for raising PR/PO and GRs in Coupa. Establish a spent tracker and update with actual information: PO , Invoice for the year 2022 and 2023 onward. Review DCIW and ensure all invoices are processed for payment. Raise/Follow-up P2P tickets to resolve issues. Review supplier balances and ensure it reconcile with vendor statement. Address gaps subsequently. Raise urgent payment requests when required. Reporting and budget control Build and share Monthly reporting on actuals vs Budget. Bi-weekly / Monthly review with Business engagement and provide monthly overview of forecast and actual spend to D2C team in regular meeting. Cross-Charging: Prepare and raise quarterly cross charge figures for different entities using our platform. Work with relevant UNIOPS finance and finance controllers to get necessary cross charges approved and booked on the Unilever system OTIF. Contracts and vendors: Support Business engagements leads to create/review current contracts Onboard new vendors in Velocity & Tungsten KEY REQUIREMENTS: Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills, along with demonstrable experience of managing multiple priorities concurrently. Can think independently and objectively, taking decisions under time pressure. is up for a challenge and can use own initiative to solve problems across multiple stakeholder priorities providing relevant recommendations to ensure issue resolution within expected SLA Confident, strong self-starter, able to voice and articulate concerns, seek detail and build understanding. Ability to build strong relationships within own team, but also with people from other Unilever teams and vendors. Must have experience of managing stakeholders. Must have experience in preparing and presenting service reviews to senior stakeholders. Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain technologies and processes would be beneficial. Experience with IT system deployments, system integration and transformation programmes across ERP\'s, global applications, legacy platforms and bespoke applications would be beneficial. Experience with delivering results in/through a geographically dispersed team, with external service providers, and across different business functions.
