Develop close partnership with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technology solution. Guide the design and development of solutions for Supply Chain projects. Perform data driven analysis to identify areas of improvement in existing processes. Role is expected to demonstrate end to end ownership of the deliverables for business. Role should exhibit business analysis skills and strive for continuous improvement.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Partner with the key business contacts to understand business issues, identify opportunities and take initiative to implement.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities with business stakeholders.
• Assume end to end responsibility of deliverables.
• Manage relationships with business, external suppliers of software, technical support and other services to achieve project objectives.
• Engage cross-functional teams as needed to ensure effective implementation of solutions.

• Education \xe2\x80\x93 Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science/Electronics/Electrical. MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Candidate should have expertise in disciplines like Business Analysis.
• Implementation experience with SAP core modules \xe2\x80\x93 Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution
• Experience in implementing business processes like O2C
• Knowledge on S/4HANA implementation.
• Solid grasp of SAP SD integrations with other modules (i.e., FI/CO, MM etc.).
• Must have excellent written and verbal skills, including technical writing.
• Must be able to develop technical solutions to business problems and act as a bridge between business and technical team.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to take ownership and drive to successful outcomes.

• Understand technology trends, innovative solutions, and prototyping.
• Understanding of CPG industry business processes
• Understanding of integration technologies like EDI, API
• Knowledge of Data Architecture in Supply Chain.
• Understanding of vendor products in supply chain used in CPG industry i.e., TMS, OMS etc.
• Experience with data analytics tools.
• Flexibility, persistence, accompanied by quality and results orientation.
• Ability to work in a global, multicultural work environment and leverage virtual teams.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
• Track record as a strong team player with effective teamwork.
