The role in a gist:

As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. What you will work on:

• You will be responsible for meeting the prospective customers directly- field sales for business loans
• Your role involves developing and executing sales strategies and managing key client relationships.
• You will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of phygital vertical.
• Should know the local topography very well.
• The ideal candidate should be digital savvy.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• In-depth knowledge of local market including market dynamics, industry trends, and customer preferences.
• Excellent local communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience from any industry.
• Any bachelor's degree.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?400,000.00 per year
