We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Dry Bulk Shipbroker to join our team. In this role, you will facilitate and negotiate the chartering of dry bulk vessels, maintain strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities

• Act as an intermediary between shipowners and charterers to arrange the transportation of dry bulk cargo.
• Identify and secure business opportunities in the global dry bulk market.
• Negotiate terms and finalize charter party agreements.
• Monitor market trends, freight rates, and industry developments to provide clients with valuable insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, charterers, and other stakeholders.
• Handle post-fixture operations, ensuring smooth execution of agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and provide regular updates to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategies and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dry Bulk Shipbroker or in a similar role in the shipping industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the dry bulk market, vessel types, and cargoes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic advice.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Established network of contacts within the shipping and dry bulk sectors.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms used in shipbroking.
• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?125,000.00 per month
