Job Title : Dry Cleaner

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dry Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling, cleaning, and maintaining garments and textiles using specialized equipment and chemicals. You will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality cleaning services while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Garment Handling :
• Inspect garments for stains, damage, or special cleaning requirements.
• Tag and organize items for tracking purposes.
• Cleaning Process :
• Operate dry-cleaning machines, washing machines, and pressing equipment according to established procedures.
• Treat stains using appropriate chemicals and methods.
• Follow garment care labels and customer instructions.
• Quality Control :
• Inspect cleaned garments for quality and ensure no damage occurred during the process.
• Perform minor repairs like sewing loose buttons or fixing small tears.
• Customer Service :
• Communicate with customers to understand specific cleaning requests.
• Advise on care instructions for delicate fabrics and specialty garments.
• Equipment Maintenance :
• Perform routine maintenance of dry-cleaning and pressing equipment.
• Ensure proper disposal of chemicals and adhere to environmental regulations.
• Health and Safety Compliance :
• Handle cleaning agents and equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a dry-cleaning or laundry setting (preferred).
• Knowledge of fabric types and appropriate cleaning methods.
• Familiarity with dry-cleaning and pressing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
