  • Key Responsibilities:
Provides operational support to manage priorities, objective setting, execution, and tracking. Supports planning of workshops, development engagements, team effectiveness. * Supports Program management for Events and leadership meetings (e.g.,extended leadership meetings, town halls,speaking engagements, etc.)
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to create efficienciesand optimize ways of working withinDevelopment org in partnership with crossfunctionalstakeholders.?
  • Supports interactions with key stakeholders across DD (i.e. lead through influence)
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree in Business Management and/or advanced degree inrelated discipline preferred (e.g., Degree in Life Sciences and Engineering). Project Management and/or Lean Six Sigma certification aplus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy & operations roles across life sciences or management consulting highly preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of companypolicies.
  • Demonstrated innovation, flexibility, open-mindedness, andadaptability to meet objectives in a rapidly changingenvironment with shiftingpriorities.
  • Track record of commitment to Quality in allareas.
  • Coordinate actions to ensure the implementation and sustainability of Lean methodologies.
  • High proficiency in and demonstration of critical thinking,problem-solving, and decisionmaking.
  • Anticipates needs and assesses and manages business andorganizationalrisks.
  • Prior success in situations requiring adaptability/flexibility.
  • Proven ability to self-supervise and act independently toidentify/resolveissues.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships, leadlarge/complex programs, and work across divisions, diversebusiness backgrounds, andcultures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to interface with a broad range of internal and externalstakeholders at all levels of theorganization.??
