Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Drone Service Technician Trainer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for our drone service technicians. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electronics and communication engineering or aeronautical engineering and a passion for education and professional development in an exciting, fast-growing industry.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering

0-1 year of experience in a related field (training, technical support, or drone operations).

Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.

Strong technical knowledge of drone systems, electronics, and mechanics.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems.

Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.

Key Responsibilities

Training Program Development:

Design, develop, and update training programs for drone service technicians.

Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and assessments.

Training Delivery:

Deliver training programs to drone service technicians, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge.

Provide hands-on training, demonstrations, and coaching.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support and guidance to drone service technicians.

Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Assess and evaluate the performance of drone service technicians.

Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Industry Research:

Stay up to date with the latest developments in drone technology and regulations.

Apply knowledge to improve training programs and services.
