Drone Service Technician Trainer
Job Description
• Develop and deliver effective training programs for drone service technicians, covering topics such as drone components, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Provide both theoretical knowledge and practical, hands-on training to ensure technicians are well-equipped to work with various types of drones.
• Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources to keep up with industry advancements and technological updates.
• Assess the competency of trainees through tests, hands-on evaluations, and real-world simulations.
• Educate trainees on safety regulations and compliance with industry standards, including airworthiness, environmental, and legal requirements for drone operation and service.
• Ensure that technicians follow safety protocols during training sessions.
