Job Title: UAV Pilot - International Market (Countries like Canada, Congo, Dubai, and Middle Eastern Countries)
Location: Anywhere in India and Outside India
•(Candidate must be capable of handling work responsibilities effectively in different countries, including countries like Canada, Congo, Dubai, and Middle Eastern countries)•
Job Type: Contractual
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Salary: 6 to 7 lakh per annum

•Travel and lodging allowance will be taken care by company when travelling abroad.

Position Title: UAV Pilot - International Market
Preference will be given to candidates with a bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering, aviation, and good knowledge of flight logs.

Key Responsibilities:

• International Demos and Trials
• Ensure 100% success in international demos and trials.
• Provide handholding for beta customers.
• Introduce and execute video-based training modules for international partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.
• Conduct audits of partners in countries like Canada, Congo, Dubai, and the Middle East once per quarter.
• Provide international training for identified employees.
• International Repair Workshop Setup
• Set up repair workshops in countries like Canada, Congo, Dubai, and the Middle East.
• Manage international service contracts and partner management.
• ATP and Training Programs
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and training programs in a single attempt.
• Achieve a 100% on-time completion rate.
• Design and implement recurring customer training programs.
• Timely Project Execution
• Ensure timely completion of critical trials and demos with efficient planning and coordination.
• Adhere to timelines as per the RFP, delivery volumes, and schedules.
• Maintain a 100% on-time completion rate month-on-month for consolidated projects.
• Inventory Management
• Reduce inventory mismatch (variance) to 0.5%.
• Upkeep the demo inventory with software/firmware updates.
• Market Analysis and Data Provision
• Conduct comparative analysis of the international market and provide data insights to the product team.
• SOP and Compliance
• Implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures for product handling and servicing according to international standards.
• Ensure all necessary certifications and compliance requirements are met in the context of international standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Mandatory experience in aviation, UAV, and aeronautics.
• Proven experience in training program development and execution.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of certification and compliance standards relevant to the industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ?600,000.00 per year
